ID Future

The main feature of the usage of the ID cards in every country is that it can be used as a travel document and as a personal identification document. Despite the local services available with the ID card in the country of residence, the ID card loses additional benefits when crossing the border. There is a need to maintain the available services of the ID card and therefore the objective of the project is to develop a software solution to create a wider scale solution for ID card users. 

Three main services were developed:

• central loyalty platform, where sellers and buyers can manage their information regarding different discounts and offers. The free customer account can be obtained at the loyalty system "Go4Bonus", or for a business account please contact info@id-karte.lv.
• marketing platform for SMEs, "Go4Post", where anybody can link their social network accounts to the marketing system and with one click send the notification/post to all or selected social networks. 
• multi-platform mobile applications for individuals and SMEs for the operation of loyalty and marketing platforms. Buyer can see all the information about the different offers in his mobile application as well as see the closest stores and offers, as well as use a digital card to authenticate himself as a customer. The seller has his own seller application which can read and check the information validity of the buyer‘s digital card as well as active any offer within the mobile application. This combination of two type of mobile applications is very useful for off-site sales where a computer is not available. If the sale is at on-site, then the buyer can use the central loyalty platform solution with an ID card reader and Windows software.
